October 24, 2006 Full Board Meeting of Feeding Children Worldwide:  After food and fellowship, our meeting got down to order. The evening topic seemed to be 'passion'; passion for kids, passion for helping, passion for life and passion in finding volunteers to help at the office, in packing and in providing meals for needy children. Each one of our board members has different reasons to want to be involved, yet we come together with a singular purpose; to see children around us becoming part of the solution for what is even now a most desperate situation- that of suffering and starving children the world over. But don't get me wrong; these people are genuinely enjoying themselves as they share of their gifts and their talents toward this singular purpose- and any time we come together there is a sense of camaraderie and great joy.
